We would like to provide a detailed guide on the procedure for our withdrawal service.

In order to facilitate a convenient withdrawal process for our customers, we accept withdrawal requests from Monday to Thursday each week. During this period, you are able to apply for a withdrawal at any time of your choosing. Please be advised, however, that you can only submit a withdrawal request once per week, so we encourage you to do so judiciously.

This means that any withdrawal requests submitted by Thursday will be processed and the funds will be transferred to your account by 6 PM (Pacific Time) between Saturday and Sunday. This process is designed to allow you to swiftly access your funds.
